Horizons Medical Centre
Located in west Red Deer and just off of the Queen Elizabeth 2 highway, the Horizon Medical Centre is Red Deer’s newest healthcare 27,000 square-foot centre housing a pharmacy, doctors’ offices, dentist’s office and chiropractic centre.
Bridges and Civil
Pearl Rose has completed various civil projects including bridges, culverts and road work. From initial design to engineering approvals to project completion, our projects are found all over the province.
The Suites
The Suites is a 92 unit new construction located in Gasoline Alley. This 7.4 million dollar project was completed in 2017.
Sweet Market / Petro Canada
Located in Red Deer’s Gasoline Alley, this gas station and convenience store boasts of having a runner-up to Alberta’s best washroom designs. The attached Petro Canada and additional commercial space also include a Dairy Queen.
Grocery Store (formerly Family Foods)
Family Foods located in Penhold has now been renovated to be an IGA.
Zenally Office (formerly Cruikshank Accountants)
Located in Gasoline Alley, this 5,200 square-foot new build featured modern designs and bright design concepts.
Madco Warehouse
Madco Fabrication & Machine shop was a new build in 2015 located in the Burnt Lake Industrial Park.
